Buying Trips to Europe.

IHC can set up and organize buying trips for you in Europe. IHC will take care of everything for you; appointments, Vet, Transportation, Hotels etc.  You will be met upon arrival by a local experienced IHC representative.

When looking for your new horse you do not want to think about anything other than the horse you are looking for.

IHC will keep you concentrated on the horse you are looking for.

Before we start your search, IHC will discuss with you what type of horse you are looking for, what discipline you will be using the horse for and what you would like to see in your new horse.  Once we have gone over that description we can start your search with video and pics etc.

Transportation of your new horse to the USA: IHC will arrange for vets, plane and quarantine  for your horse or pony.

We will arrange for the health certificate and blood samples that are required by US law. We arrange for transportation to the airport to the USA. We also take care of the paperwork for quarantine in New York and other major US ports.

Your Trainer?  We do recommend that you involve your own trainer. The amount of involvement is up to you. For most people setting requirements, showing the video’s and discussing preferences is enough. Some people bring their trainer on a trip to help choose a horse in person.

Our IHC representatives in Europe are all extremely experienced Horseman with many years of experience riding at Grand Prix level.  Follow up trips and clinics in the US are also offered to you once your horse has arrived in the US.
